The roleAs a Marketing Specialist, you will develop and manage the production and delivery of domestic marketing programmes, campaigns and activities. You will work closely with Marketing Advisers embedded in portfolios, and provide expert advice to stakeholders on audience analysis, marketing campaign strategy and objectives. You will also need to have:Relevant experience in delivering marketing campaigns and projects for complex organisations with multiple stakeholders (education sector an advantage).Strong client service/stakeholder management experience and relationship building track record.Strong project management skills.Experience in modern marketing techniques and integrated campaign delivery including digital and social.Expertise in consumer research, data analysis, CRM systems an advantage.Knowledge of markets, marketing relationships, and networks specific to Maori or Pacific Island audiences an advantage.Multitasker.A true team player and love of working collaboratively.Optimistic energy.
