TheRole+Opportunity
The role of Marketing Insights Analyst is responsible for delivering against a cohesive technical marketing strategy. You will need to think strategically and work across the Technical Marketing Team, Identity & Licensing Services, Brand and Design, Sales, Marketing and external providers. It’s the ownership and data collection of user activity and key business analysis and reporting. The data and insight this role provides will enable more effective business decisions across the wider team. Regular monitoring and reporting of web analytics, product analytics, search behaviour, conversion optimisation and assisting with customer insight & analysis will also be required.
Requirements
To be successful you will be an analytical guru and great communicator with the ability to relate to different groups within the organisation. In addition, you will have:
Relevant experience in digital analytics, web measurement, and marketing enablement
Understanding of segmentation and predictive analytics
Working experience and knowledge of marketing automation tools, and digital advertising
Ability to think, plan and act strategically
