Marketing Executive

Kia Motors has grown significantly this year, continually going from strength to strength with their innovative design and popularity in the New Zealand market. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join this small, but dedicated team, who have had continuous annual growth over the past 6 years.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing General Manager, the Marketing Executive will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for executing a broad range of marketing campaign activities into both traditional and digital channels, with a focus on direct communications with our customers.
Some of the key objectives for this role will be to help develop and deliver the national marketing plan for Kia Motors in New Zealand; executing best-in-class email marketing, direct mail as well as event and sponsorship management. You'll be both the brand champion and guardian in this role, ensuring all marketing and sponsorship collateral created both project and embody this global brand in our local market.
This is a fast-paced, exciting role with a ton of variety! You will be a Marketer with at least 2 - 3 years broad marketing experience in product and consumer brand marketing, ideally with a degree qualification in marketing or similar. You will have proven experience within direct marketing or customer engagement / life-cycle programs as well as having worked to manage sponsorship and events.
We are looking for a team player who is creative, hardworking, enthusiastic and happy to go the extra mile. A keen interest in cars and SUVs helps, but isn't essential. What will be key is a genuine passion for their brand!
