Be More Successful with Sidekick! Job Overview : The Sidekick Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing department for the Sidekick group. This role can be based in either our Christchurch, Timaru or Ashburton offices and once in the role there is flexibility to work from home regularly too. This role covers the whole South Island, most of this can be done remotely but some occasional travel will be involved too. The role is for 24 hours/week but there is room to move on this, for the right candidate. This includes a wide variety of technical and managerial tasks involved in keeping a number of marketing projects moving forward at once as well as making sure the day to day marketing efforts are successfully completed. Sidekick is a unique accounting business as we provide a multi service offering (small business accounting, rural accounting, commercial accounting and advisory). Job Responsibilities: Managing delivery of social media content on a number of social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc) Writing, collating and distributing newsletters Managing design (both internal projects and outsourced design) Website maintenance, updates and monitoring (Some elements of this could be technical for those with recent website development experience) Managing the Sidekick Youtube channel (editing videos, uploading videos, publishing content) Managing the SidekickTV podcast (uploading & editing) Management of a variety of marketing projects that are often self-led. Assisting various people around the group with organising and planning events.
