The Marketing Communications Specialist executes the marketing program, generates leads and provides on-going sales support.
What you’ll do:Defining buyer personas and converting technical positioning into customer messages
Providing input into the marketing plan including campaign development for customer acquisition and retention
Development of lead generation and nurturing campaigns
Creating, managing and measuring engaging marketing campaigns
Develop and execute product launches
Strategise and deliver thought-leading content via appropriate outlets (media, whitepapers, web content etc.)
Create standard presentations and demo scripts
Identify and develop case studies for industry and customer referrals
Creation of dealer-relevant sales tools according to typical buying processes
Proactive skills to learn technical products and their applications
Design and delivery of market research projects
Monitor and analyse competitor promotional strategies and industry trends
Support acquisition of customer data via CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) and provide insights from analysis
What you’ll bring:Minimum 3 - 5 years marketing campaign experience. B2B and channel experience is an advantage
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business or Communication or equivalent industry experience
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior managers, remote teams and external clients
Ability to understand and work with international cultures and flexible to work across time zones
Demonstrated experience managing marketing projects
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects independently
Experience in editing web content in a content management system
Strong interest in technology and heavy industry
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Excellent attention to detail and editing skills
Possess strong knowledge and skill with Google Docs, InDesign
Market research skills
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, Marketo or equivalent is an advantage.
