Job Description This role sits within the Merchandise Buying side of the business and will report into the Womens Apparel Buyer. The role is responsible for implementing Womenswear Marketing and Events as directed by the Buyer and provides organisational, administrative and communication support. Key responsibilities will include: To translate the buyers' marketing vision into action and ensure that effective communications occur across multiple teams in the business regarding marketing activities. Prepare reports and presentations, provide, and analyse data. Support the Digital Marketing Team with content creation. To develop positive, business relationships with suppliers. To ensure that accurate promotional administration records are kept including a summary report at the end of each promotion. This is a varied and interesting role for someone to get stuck in and make their own. You will need to have great attention to detail and be super organised to ensure all events are well planned and deadlines always maintained. You will be a competent PC user especially in Excel. Communication must be a key strength, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams and build positive business relationships with suppliers. You will also be a confident public speaker, willing to host events when required. Ideally you will be fashion focussed with a creative mindset, which will assist you when supporting at fashion events, photo shoots or content creation. Additional Information This position is full time, Monday-Friday, however flexibility to attend evening/weekend events and occasional travel to Timaru is essential.
