What are we looking for
Tip Top is currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager to leader our Tip Top bakery located in Otahuhu. In this role you will lead all activities associated with the safe manufacture and delivery of Tip Top bakery products to create moments of goodness for families in NZ.
We are seeking a highly engaged and motivated leader with extensive operational FMCG experience to take ownership of our manufacturing site. You will have proven experience developing and operationalising business strategy on the frontline and have proven commercial acumen. You will also pride yourself on your ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve successful business outcomes.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong safety and quality culture by ensuring that overall standards and performance expectations are met through a continual focus on best practice.
As the site leader you will encourage effective communication and collaboration that supports a culture of continuous improvement that results in an effective and efficient operation which fosters an environment of motivated and engaged team members.
Experience working in a high speed daily fresh environment and a relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
