Simmone Logue is a manufacturer of quality Artisan Pies, Cakes and Pastry Products servicing grocery, airline, food service and catering sectors within the food industry.
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experiencedBakery Manufacturing Managerto manage and be accountable for the operations of our busy Marrickville Bakery.
Your Responsibilities will include -
Management of bakery operations
Management of a team of 60+ staff
Management and control of labour costs
Management and control of ingredient costs
Production planning and scheduling
Maintaining stringent quality standards
Procurement of equipment and machinery
Inventory management
Continuous improvement
Change management

Ideally you will posses -
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the food industry
Technical skills and/or qualifications in pastry
Strong leadership skills
A sound knowledge of HACCP principals
Exceptional communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
