About The Role
As Manager, Wholesale Credit Transformation, you would have the opportunity to:Actively participate in the NZ Wholesale Risk & Business innovation, improvement and change projects
Oversee and undertake the end to end governance activities of internally developed credit tools, and participate in the establishment and on-going management of end to end processes necessary to ensure the good working order of the Banks wholesale credit tools used in NZ
Work in the modelling stream to drive the better use of data and innovative modelling techniques to achieve lending process automation and digitisation
Participate and contribute to the customer interface digital transformation initiatives to help deliver superior user experience and improve process efficiencies
Build collaborative relationships with the business and risk partners to ensure tools are appropriately utilised, necessary processes are being followed, and process improvements are identified and acted upon
Provide Credit Risk & Business Analysis technical subject matter expertise
Demonstrate the ANZ values and contribute to a customer-centric culture, fostering collaboration across teams and business units
Role Location:Wellington or AucklandRole Type:PermanentAbout YouTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Superior technical skills, and proven experience across multiple aspects of the system development Life Cycle
Experience performing data extraction/manipulation and analysis utilising data extraction tools and software (SAS, VBA, SQL)
Proven experience in project management and planning
Well-developed written, oral and presentation skills, up to Executive level
Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on complex tasks and can work collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings
