As Manager, Smart Collaboration Services you'll support the Associate Director, Infrastructure and Operations in providing the thought leadership, strategy development, tactical plans and domain architecture required to enable Massey to become a Smart, joined-up University.
We need a strong people leader to build high performing teams that will go the extra mile in supporting and operating a diverse and complex collaboration platform and associated services. You will lead the ITS Smart Collaboration Services team consisting of Network, Development and Systems Engineers and closely peer with other teams in Infrastructure and Operation.
You will have the proven ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships both within Information Technology Service and with the business across the University to achieve the service outcomes. In addition, you will actively manage supplier relationships to ensure that services and support procured perform and deliver the value required.

Qualifications and Experience required includes the following:
A tertiary qualification in management is highly desirable and must be complimented with a minimum of seven years of relevant technical and team management experience
ITIL service management certification preferred
A project management qualification such as PRINCE2 preferred
Demonstrated track record in building capability and motivating high performing operational teams in commercial, education or governments organisations
Demonstrated experience as a senior change manager in advancing a complex collaboration platform
