Manager Sales Engineer - Mass Markets

This role involves supporting sales efforts for new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts through innovative technical solutions.
The position also includes process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Location and Schedule This is a Work From Home position based in Arizona or Colorado.
Expected travel: approximately 30% within these states.
Main Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing team, setting goals, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Drive sales growth for strategic accounts, meeting or exceeding revenue and market share objectives.
Develop and implement long-term product strategies in collaboration with sales management.
Coach team members to complete tasks accurately and on time, recommending process improvements.
Lead the preparation and presentation of technical proposals, guiding staff and customers to optimal solutions.
Provide technical guidance and remove barriers to improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with the account team to ensure data accuracy in the sales pipeline.
Candidate Qualifications Knowledge of internal networks, voice, data, internet applications, and related technologies.
Technical terminology related to company products and services.
Experience with telecommunications equipment such as ONTs, gateways, wireless access points, data switches, etc.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, including with C-level executives.
Understanding of the engineering lifecycle and operational processes like ordering, provisioning, and billing.
Strategic planning, account management, and consultative sales experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and travel as needed (approx.
30%).
Security clearance may be required.
Compensation Salary ranges vary by location: - Arizona: $109,809 - $146,412- Colorado: $115,311 - $153,741 Lumen offers comprehensive benefits and perks supporting your wellbeing.
