Your responsibilities include:Managing internal audit projects from planning through reporting, including client engagement and relationship management.Providing insights and recommendations to improve risk management and governance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.This is an onsite role at our Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.Skills and Attributes for SuccessAt least 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or related fields, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Proven leadership and team management abilities.Experience in professional services or large complex organizations is preferred.
