Auckland City, AucklandFull-time, Permanent#CLOSER #BRAVER #FASTERThe RoleMake a valuable contribution by managing and improving IAG's employee Performance Management Frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team ensuring connection to IAG's purpose and deliver a high-performance agile culture which is role modelled through the Spirit.Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people in the workplace and proactively manage risk for IAG.Contribute to the preparation of papers, reporting and monitoring for the Board and the Group Leadership Team on IAG's performance management frameworks.Manage and improve the design, implementation and governance of the IAG's employee Performance Management Frameworks, incl:Develop and lead a communications approach to ensure understanding of the employee Performance Framework at all levels;Partner with OCEO to improve the alignment of employee goal setting with the business strategy and planning cycle;Manage and improve reporting and insights on the effectiveness of the employee Performance Management Frameworks;Leverage internal and external insights on behavioural economics to identify, test and iterate performance management approaches which motivate performance and reinforce accountabilitySkills & Experience7+ years' experience in a remuneration and/or performance position in an organisation of significant complexity, or consulting to such organisations.Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of performance management frameworks.Understanding of behavioural economics and organisational psychologyAdvanced analytical skills and attention to detailDemonstrated experience leading and working collaboratively across teamsDemonstrated experience working with and advising senior executivesAbility to adapt, respond and lead through changing external and internal environmental factorsAdvanced written and verbal communication skills, including prior experience drafting or contributing to Board papersTertiary qualification/s in human resources or related fields/Relevant industry or specialism qualificationsExperience in the application of agile work practices (desirable)About UsAt IAG, we believe that everyone has a unique point of view to share, shaped by their life experiences, cultures & passions.
