We have an exciting and challenging opportunity in our Wellington office for an experienced People and Culture Manager.

The position of Manager, People and Culture exists to lead and manage the delivery of human resource services and organisation development initiatives to ensure the Ministry is well placed to deliver against its vision and goals, now and for the future.

MPP need someone who can hit the ground running and who will know what needs doing in all areas from The Ministry's HR needs and recruitment through to performance management, delivery of high-quality people management advice and support across the Ministry. This role acts as a coach and advises on people management activities, developing and implementing effective best practise HR systems and processes, leading the implementation of policies, programmes and plans that result in high levels of staff engagement across the Ministry.

About you
You will ideally have a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Management or a related field and proven experience leading a team. You will be flexible and a brilliant multi-tasker. Build your professional skills, knowledge and expertise across a wide range of HR areas
Be part of a small, fun and energetic team, focussed on delivering outstanding service, and
Work collaboratively with our team and with partner agencies

If you believe in our purpose and commitment and want to be a part of our close-knit team, come join an organisation where you will be recognised and feel valued for your hard work and success here at Ministry for Pacific Peoples.
