We want to utilise your experience to motivate our teams to do their best work. You’ll have experience and knowledge of modern capability practices, including blended learning approaches and learning technologies. By building and managing strategic relationships across the Ministry, you’ll grow the understanding of real benefits for everyone of an effective learning culture.
To do this, you’ll have:
• Proven experience leading people utilising Strengths-based leadership and coaching to challenge and develop others
• Strong relationship abilities to collaborate effectively with others across a large, complex organisation
• Demonstrated experience in leading the development and implementation of learning and capability strategies, policies and programmes
• Strong communication skills and abilities to influence at a senior level
• Sound knowledge of key human resources processes and systems, with practical experience in the implementation of learning theory and capability development practices
