Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)Working Hour: Monday - Friday, Office HoursSalary up to $7500 Based On ExperiencesAWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Salary IncrementJob Responsibilities:• Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs.• Manage and execute the end to end recruitment process.• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to HODs and line managers.• Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by HODs and line managers.• Resolve employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations when necessary.Requirements:• Degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.• At least 6-8 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.• Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment.• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint tools for data analysis, building manpower charts, etc.Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
