This is a great opportunity to play a pivot role in a growth channel for the IAG Group, working across the wider organisation to turn opportunities into profitable growth. Collaborating with teams across IAG to secure long term advantage for Consumer in the market by ensuring we maintain focus and world class delivery of the customer conversation framework.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, lead and ensure the implementation and delivery of Consumer's annual personal lines growth planDetermine desirability, viability and feasibility of both new and continuous improvementgrowth ideas and prioritise opportunities to achieve Consumer's strategic objectives and KPI's.Influence key senior stakeholders from across IAG New Zealand to make decisions which advance key Consumer's growth objectives and priorities.Identify and drive alignment on growth, retention and customer experience improvementsEnsure growth and customer experience conversation programmes deliver to Consumer's personal lines growth planLead the implementation of any new sales technologies and strategiesCoach, develop and lead a specialised growth teamChampion a risk culture within Consumer and across IAGSkills & Experience10+ years' experience in Insurance, financial services and/or customer servicesSignificant sales experience, and strong experience in leading teams to deliver growthProficient project management, project planning and control techniques.Experience of demonstrating a strategic mindset, looking ahead to future possibilities and converting them to breakthrough initiativesAbility to use a range of influencing techniques and strategies to influence people with strongly held viewsProven ability to manage teams to success both directly and indirectlyProven ability to deliver complex solutions as part of a programme of workAbout UsAt IAG, we are committed to equal opportunity employment.
