We\'re searching for someone passionate about using their digital skills and savvy to engage audiences and help drive our business performance. As our Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager, you\'ll be responsible for leading a small team of website engagement specialists, and advise on the development, implementation, tracking and optimisation of ACC\'s broader digital marketing and engagement activities.
ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. As part of the team, you\'ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen.
In this role you\'ll be our resident web expert, working closely with and advising internal stakeholders on the best use of acc.co.nz, the ACC Newsroom and ACC\'s other websites. You\'ll also provide strategic guidance on how these platforms can be combined with other digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising to connect our messages with the right people through the right digital channels, for the most effective business outcome.
Your team will have strong input into the capability and enhancement of the ACC Newsroom, a platform for hosting content produced by our in-house content and media teams. You\'ll have an important part to play in helping our storytelling content reach and engage a wide audience.

What we\'re looking for from you to be successful in the role:
Hold a tertiary qualification in digital marketing, communications and engagement or relevant discipline, or work experience to the equivalent level
Be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and maximise business outcomes
Be passionate about measurement and evaluation, and have a restless desire to continuously improve
Have strong relationship management and influencing skills to work across the business at a senior level
Have people management experience, though similar informal leadership experience will be considered
You\'re passionate, motivated and driven to create a high-performing, responsive and continuously improving digital engagement team
