You will cultivate innovation within your team and partners and will demonstrate and encourage life-long learning and continuous improvement.You will bring thought leadership in your field of expertise to support the planning and execution of Technology's strategic priorities, contemporary operation mode and business plan.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of establishing a new role where you'll be enabling and leveraging Cloud practices - where you can make a difference and know that your success is also other people's success.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion and advocate for the adoption of cloud at scale across IAG by leading the continual evolution and development of the onboarding framework product, as well as the system of migration/adoption which supports teams to adopt cloudMature and industrialise specialist process and capability, providing guidance and guardrailsEnable teams with specialist knowledge, processes for adoption of cloudEnsure effectiveness is continuously measured and the framework is improved through simplification and modernisationIntegrate cloud adoption and cloud risk activities with other stakeholder groups in IAG (Data Governance, Risk and Tech Risk, Procurement and Security) and with partners and external stakeholdersBuild, lead and develop your team, acting as a coach and mentorWork with platform and project teams to understand and validate solutions in order to identify and communicate any risks, issues or dependenciesEnsure accurate and comprehensive documentationSkills & ExperienceExpert understanding of modern software delivery approaches Lean, Product Oriented, Agile and DevSecOps, ways of workingProven success of establishing new methods of working collaboratively in a sometimes volatile, uncertain and ambiguous environmentIn-depth experience of continuous improvement of methods and practicesStrong understanding of Cloud migration and workflowsExperience contributing to major projects and working closely with business stakeholdersExperience managing people, budgets, and riskProven ability to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines and manage complex tasksStrong communication and written skills; proven ability to write quality technical documentationGood planning and organisation skills, audience appropriate communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of technology risk domain processes, standards and governance practicesDemonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to implement generic, re-usable solutions, components or frameworks, including appropriate documentation and trainingAbout UsAt IAG, we believe that everyone has a unique point of view to share, shaped by their life experiences, cultures & passions.
