We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

As Manager: Capital Programme Assurance Division you will establish and lead a team which will provide direction, assurance, frameworks, rigor, planning and reporting that supports the organisation to effectively prioritise and manage the delivery of its project investments across all groups.
You will achieve this through the development and implementation of programme and project management best practice methodologies, reporting, financial and performance standards, improving utilisation of resources and successful outcomes.

A proven track record establishing a (or a number of) CPAD or EPMO across complex and diverse organisation(s)
Professional Certifications in Programme and/or Project Management
A recognised leader in this space
Strong experience supporting decision making and governance through designing, forming and implementing appropriate frameworks and processes
Established change management skills, the ability to create a case for change that is well understood
10 - 15 years' experience in managing portfolios, programmes and projects
A minimum of 10 years leadership at a senior management level coupled with a history of developing and maintaining high performing teams
Proven experience of translating goals into operational roadmaps and engaging teams to achieve road map milestones
Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of stakeholder groups
