Manager Business Performance

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Performance team in this newly created position. You will lead a team of up to six Accountants to develop and deliver Executive and Board reporting. Providing robust monthly reporting along with sound budgets and forecasts are critical to this role.

Key to your success will be:

NZICA recognized Chartered Accountant qualification; or equivalent (such as CPA)
Proven ability to communicate financial information so that it is easily understood
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
Strong communication and influencing skills
Proficiency with Oracle PeopleSoft, or similar scale ERP system
Demonstrated leadership experience of managing a team responsible for financial systems and reporting is desirable
Financial and management accounting experience including a working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
