As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Participate in and lead complex Reward engagements, providing expert advice on reward and remuneration strategies.Collaborate with clients to design and implement people and remuneration plans that support their business objectives.Develop and maintain market data insights to inform remuneration decisions.Ensure deliverables meet EY's high standards of quality and risk.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Finance with strong academic credentials.7+ years of relevant experience post-graduation, preferably in a large organization or consulting environment.Experience in people and remuneration consulting projects is essential.Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of financial modeling.A collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.We offer a competitive salary, open to negotiation based on skills and experience.
