We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Management Assistant to join our client's leadership team on a part-time basis.
This role is vital to the smooth day-to-day operations of their busy hotel and will suit someone who thrives on structure, clear communication, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team
Assist with daily operations, scheduling, and communication
Support payroll processing and other financial/admin tasks
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Prepare documents and visual content using Office 365 and Canva
Handle correspondence, maintain files, and ensure tasks are followed up and completed
Work independently while staying aligned with team goals
About You:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within hospitality
Confident working alongside senior management
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities
Able to meet deadlines efficiently and take initiative when needed
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
A proactive, positive attitude and passion for hospitality
