LeaderBrand is currently seeking an experienced, professional, organised and enthusiastic Farm Administrator to support our Farm Leadership team and Farm Business.
This is a diverse role that requires strong attention to detail, organisation, initiative, creativity, professionalism and great relationship skills. You will be responsible for providing high-level administration support across the group as well as maintaining and developing both strong internal and external relationships. In this role you will report to the General Manager of Farming but work across our whole team.
Ultimately it will be about working with the Management team to understand, initiate and grow the business. Key aspects of the role will be supporting and initiating system integration, business reporting and analysis, HR functions such as recruitment and RSE, taking the lead on training initiatives and H&S.
This is a full time role but hours can be flexible to suit.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Management support and office administration duties.
Financial reporting
Strong Microsoft office and in particular Excel capabilities
Health & Safety and basic HR
Strong communication and process/systems experience.
Interest in Horticulture, Agriculture or Farming.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
