We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Incident Management Function-Ownership of escalation and situation management, stakeholder management, decision making and coordination. Ensure activities aligned with ITL process.
Change Management Function-contribute to adherence to tool and standards for appropriate execution of emergency change management process.
Problem Management-manage the coordination, review, and evaluation of problem management capability
Process Management- Manage development of methods, tools, policies, and standards to deliver successful service management outcomes
Risk Management-Identify risks with technology services during incident and remediation

You must have worked in a Major Incident Manager role before and ideally within a large scale financial institution. You will have a demonstrable record of successfully managing the major incident process within a service management environment within ITIL framework. You will have the ability to manage the process whilst maintaining engagement with the wider business and stakeholder groups. ?
