About the opportunity

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team based in Ohaupo. In this role, no two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for preventative maintenance across one of our largest Covered Crops sites, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

About you

You're a practical, hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical aptitude. You enjoy figuring out how things work, fixing them when they don't, and you're always up for a challenge. If you have experience working with boilers, that would be a real advantage.

Ideally, you'll bring maintenance experience from an industrial or agricultural site, or you may have transferable skills from areas like irrigation, machining, or similar fields. What matters most is your enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to work well with people at all levels.
