This position will help establish the asset and set up maintenance systems, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Recruit and lead the maintenance execution team with front-line expertise and guidance.
Oversee safe and efficient delivery of scheduled, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate rapid breakdown and fault emergency response.
Strategize and manage the five-year rolling outage plan for optimal efficiency.
Drive the maintenance team to achieve and exceed performance metrics.
Ensure execution of operational readiness milestones related to Maintenance.
Develop a robust network of external contract service providers.
Attain all required 3rd party credentials/licenses for seamless operations.
Collaborate in the Design & Construction phase to optimise 'whole of life' considerations.
Manage commercial/contractual engagements for seamless maintenance support.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, Australian Standards, and industry best practices.
Provide critical maintenance reporting and data analytics support for M&L.
About You: Experience working in an electrical, utilities, transmission, or telecommunications environment is critical.
You may have worked your way into a corporate role through an electrical trade or hold relevant Tertiary Qualifications.
Experience working in a remote site reliability/maintenance role would be advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
