A large part of this is ensuring the maintenance of our network is to the highest standard and to do this we need switched on people. Right now, we're after one such person to join our high-performing Electricity Operations team. In this role, you'll ensure the high quality and compliant delivery of Powerco’s annual electricity asset maintenance programmes and ensure feedback is provided from maintenance outcomes to Powerco stakeholders.
You will also oversee delivery of maintenance activities with a focus on compliance with Powerco standards and driving improvements in maintenance practices, while minimising customer outages.
Let's talk about you. You've likely got a bachelor's degree under your belt and have spent a good few years honing those delivery skills. You should also have some experience from right inside our industry, and be familiar with network maintenance, operating, construction or design. What we're really after is a doer. If you're proactive, an expert multitasker and thrive when challenged, you'll be a good fit. You'll be known for your superior organisation skills, and are a stickler for detail. Working with multiple stakeholders across the electricity business, your excellent leadership and communication skills will be put to use, as you liaise effectively with people across all levels of the Powerco team.
