The Role
As our Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Woollam Facilities Maintenance team and clients, including:
Maintain great client relationships by providing customer service excellence
Coordinate reactive maintenance works
Schedule planned maintenance works
Manage the purchasing and receiving of parts and supplies
Manage supplier/ sub-contractor relationships and service agreements
Facilitate accounts payable and receivable
Manage sub-contractor compliance records using compliance management software
Provide internal support for the maintenance management software platform
Work with the FM team to facilitate continued business improvement
The Person
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or similar (preferred)
Administration experience in construction, trade maintenance or similar
Working knowledge of industry trade licensing and company compliance requirements
High level of communication skills, written and verbal
Understanding of basic accounting principles, purchasing, invoicing and budgeting
