This position is for the afternoon shift (3:15pm - 11:15pm).Your Role: You'll report to the Sub-Assembly Line Foreman and your busy, hands-on tasks will include:Setting up and monitoring machines according to guidelinesMaking adjustments and recovering from breakdownsPerforming regular TPM as requiredSelecting jobs and identifying drawings, cross-checking with programsForming work queues and loading raw materials using a forkliftTransporting finished products to the next operation using a forklift or hoistMeasuring dimensions, angles, and rotations, making adjustments as neededChanging tooling and identifying correct drawingsUnderstanding and complying with safety and environmental policiesReporting and resolving safety issues, and contributing to improved practicesWe're excited to have you contribute to our team and help us produce top-notch air conditioners!QualificationsExperience and Skills We're Looking For:Machinery Operation:Experience with cutting and bending sheet steel or aluminum.Tech-Savvy:Comfortable with computers and able to program machines.Blueprint Proficiency:Skilled at reading and understanding engineering drawings and dimensions.Safety First:Strong knowledge of safe work practices.Team Player:Reliable, with great attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
