In this role, your primary responsibility will be to minimize loss from all sources by: Identifying patterns of lossDetecting and addressing potential internal theftRecognizing and deterring suspicious behaviorsPromoting health and safety within the storeEliminating opportunities for theftMaintaining a secure store environmentWe are currently looking for a new team member to join our Loss Prevention team at our Lambton Quay store. This is a part-time position which will involve working Monday 9:00am - 6:15pm, Thursday 10:00am - 6:15pm, and Sunday 10:00am - 5:15pm. To succeed in this role, you will: Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStay calm and confident under pressureBe comfortable managing conflict when it arisesBe proactive in helping customers and ensuring a positive experienceDemonstrate integrity and honesty at all timesAt Farmers, Loss Prevention is about more than just tackling theft—it's about creating strategies that prevent it from happening.
