If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Our Loss Prevention team is dedicated to safeguarding our store environment while minimizing risks and preventing loss. By implementing core Loss Prevention strategies, we ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, while protecting company assets.In this role, your primary responsibility will be to minimize loss from all sources by:Identifying patterns of lossDetecting and addressing potential internal theftRecognizing and deterring suspicious behaviorsPromoting health and safety within the storeEliminating opportunities for theftMaintaining a secure store environmentWe are currently looking for a new team member to join our Loss Prevention team at our Rotorua store. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week and will involve working Tuesday to Saturday 8:45am - 5:15pm.To succeed in this role, you will:Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStay calm and confident under pressureBe comfortable managing conflict when it arisesBe proactive in helping customers and ensuring a positive experienceDemonstrate integrity and honesty at all timesAt Farmers, Loss Prevention is about more than just tackling theft—it's about creating strategies that prevent it from happening.
