Skills and experience
Completed a University Bachelor or Masters Degree
Proven leadership exp managing large teams
Ability to train, develop and performance manage
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Background in Warehousing or Transport
Professional, intelligent and articulate personality

A background within the retail Industry managing Large warehouse and distribution operations is essential.
