The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the store in the back of house function, and work with the team to deliver the ultimate customer experience. You will be an integral part of the store’s success, as your main responsibility will be to ensure the floor is equipped with a full range of products available for our customers. You will exhibit and align yourself with RPG’s values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled delivering all logistical requirements including but not limited to; replenishment, product delivery, stock processes and inventory control. In addition to this, you will support our athletes on the shop floor when required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar back of house logistics role
Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding process related KPI goals
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to be able to handle a high volume of stock
Exceptional planning and organisational skills
CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business
The motivation to COACH and inspire your team mates to reach their personal best
ENERGY and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you
ACCOUNTABILITY for all aspects of the store to ensure operational excellence
