Logistics Coordinator We are on the lookout for an amazing person for our well known client in the Oil and Gas industry to join their team and assist with shipping and receiving on their busy site The role is on an ad hoc basis with a guarantee of 25 hours a week with more hours required at different times The role will be on a rotating pattern either 3 days on 4 days off or 4 days on 3 days off dependent on requirements The successful applicant must be flexible with their working week as tanker shipments can come in at any time Role Description Shipping products and materials by unloading loading and verifying shipments according to established policy and procedures Updating inventory records and processes re orders as inventory supply dictates Logging and distributing received materials Reporting damage and discrepancies Determining method of shipment destination route rate and time of shipment and arranges for pick up Working with moderate work direction and can identify issues problems but may need assistance in resolving What You Need Experience in warehousing manfacturing or logistics Excellent attention to detail Must be flexible with working week as tanker shipments can come in at any time Be a hardworker and a great attitude to learning Have good initiative Be capable of heavy lifting up to 25kg at any one time Forklift licence advantaegous This will be a highly sought after role so please do not hesitate to APPLY now if this sounds like you Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
