Logistic Support - Recycling

About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Support person to join our recycling division based in Napier. In this role you will cover all aspects of logistics support across the three branches. It is a great opportunity for someone currently involved in the export industries looking for a change of career into Logistics.
Keyresponsibilities:
Processing purchase orders
Updating export declaration notification for clearance in customs
Preparing and maintaining all documentation for export
Weighbridge reporting
Stock control
Container loading and management for export products
Co-ordination and loading of line haul trucks for local sales
Control and accurate record keeping of all associated documentation
Provide Support to the business regionally (travel maybe required to branches)
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
Highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail
Focused and able to cope with repetitive work
Able to work unsupervised and at times semi- autonomously
Competent in using the Microsoft suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
