Loading And Dispatch Team Member

Based in Hautapu Hours of work are 10am to 8pm
Monday to Friday

Our client, Glasslines NZ Ltd, is a wholesale company with a long successful history and an extensive range of products and brands, including processed glass, window films, picture framing glass and insulated glass units such as double glazing.

They have a purpose-built facility in Hautapu which is the main processing and distribution centre. With the latest equipment and software, they pride themselves for going the extra mile for their customers and delivering in full and on time.

The Role

Glasslines are seeking a motivated and experienced loader ? with experience in logistics to join their friendly and safety focused team. This team plays a critical role in the operation and on a day to day basis is responsible for loading and unloading trucks ? with an eye on the goal of remaining efficient in the utilisation of delivery patterns across the region and contributing to site safety.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

Proven experience in a fast-paced logistical environment
Experience working with flat glass (not essential)
Dedication, reliability, a great work ethic and the ability to follow instructions.
Strong awareness and understanding of health and safety - manual work is involved therefore you will need to be physically fit.
High attention to detail and quality
Motivation to learn with a strong team focus
Strong computer skills
The ability to take charge of a situation and work unsupervised to meet target
