Live In Support Person/Mentor

We are looking for two vibrant young ladies to live in and support a young lady in her own home to enable her to live her best life.The tasks include helping with personal cares, all apsects of home life such as cooking, housework,grocery shopping.....and more!. Part of the role is supporting this young lady in all her activities such as going to Rock N Roll Club, swimming lessons, going to the gym, completing fun walks, trips to the beach and out for lunch, stand up paddleboarding in the summer - to name a few. The right people will be relaxed, fun, have initiative and an awesome sense of humour. This young lady needs people who will support her to shine; to live the life she wants to live; to participate in the community and in her own home; and to be as independent as she can possibly be. A current divers licence and a working holiday visa are essentials. A first aid certificate and a knowledge of epilepsy is preferred otherwise a commitment to undergo training. The successful people would need to undergo a police check. These positions are each 80 hours per fortnight made up of both day shifts and sleepovers.Positions are available from 11th November 2019 and for a minimum of 4 months - ideal 6 month contract.If you are keen please email a copy of your CV with your application - thanks!
