Rocket Lab is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all incoming live chat inquiries from customers- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction through the live chat platform- Train and mentor live chat agents to ensure optimal performance and customer service- Monitor chat sessions for quality assurance and provide feedback for improvement- Analyze data and report on key metrics related to live chat performance- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to live chat technology
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment- Proven experience in managing live chat platforms and customer service teams- Proficiency in using chat software and familiarity with CRM systems- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
