Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Reynolds American in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the live chat platform, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure high-quality customer interactions- Monitor chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer experience- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through live chat- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide seamless support- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in live chat management or customer service- Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service- Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Experience in training and supervising a team of employees- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
