Come and be part of this exciting journey we’re on and join the team as our Liquor King Regional Manager – North & South. This is an operational leadership role where you will oversee a group of stores in the Northern and Southern regions of New Zealand. You will be reporting to our newly appointed Retail Director and based in Auckland, with regular travel required to your regional stores.
In this role you will help shape the Lion Liquor Retail strategy and lead a group of Store Managers within your region to ensure that Lion Liquor Retail delivers on its vision, strategy and plans. Core to your role will be to achieve store and regional financial targets by managing the P&L, support the development and delivery of the Lion Liquor Retail strategy, and leverage your people leadership skills to coach and develop your teams.
We’re looking for someone with highly developed people leadership skills, experience with forecast planning and delivery and if you have retail management experience this would put you in good stead.
