Lime Operations Specialist Needed Asap - $19/Hour

Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products, including e-assist bicycles (Lime-E) and electric scooters (Lime-S). Lime aims to revolutionise mobility in cities and university campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.
Lime is looking for Operations Specialists to be the heart of our operation! Operations Specialists wear multiple helmets, completing all tasks related to our fleet operations and maintenance. This role is ideal for operations professionals that want to broaden and build their career experiences in a highly flexible position. Teamwork is key, as specialists work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the safe working condition of our fleet, and to identify key parts of our product lines needing improvement as we grow.
Responsibilities
Assisting with bicycle and/or scooter deployment and retrieval
Using smartphone applications to locate and operate products
Assembling, maintaining, and repairing Lime products as assigned
Reporting of hardware design feedback and quality control issues
Working with a team to redistribute and service products as required
Performing various other tasks as assigned, including staffing events, training new team members, warehouse management, etc.

Requirements
Full drivers licence
Full time availability
21+ years of age **(due to hire vehicle requirements)
Aptitude to utilise software tools for fleet operation and to complete weekly reports
Ability to be very active - bend, stoop, and lift up to 20kg-30kg on a frequent basis
A great attitude and ability to work well with others
Strong communication and people skills
