The Role
You will have experience in a data center environment where a lot of inbound calls are taken. You will work alongside IT professionals that will constantly provide personal and career development opportunities.
Your Skills & Experience
Provide level 1/2 technical support internally and on site.
Escalating jobs to the next appropriate level of importance
Supporting and building long term relationships with clients
Assisting senior employees through technical support
About you
You have in-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications. But your real flair lies in your ability to communicate with all levels of users both verbally and in writing. You have the creativity to translate complex IT issues into simple, comprehensive steps that a wide audience can understand, and you are a true team colleague whose energy and enthusiasm inspires others.
