The firm:
This leading Employment law firm based in the Auckland CBD are on the lookout for a motivated Personal Assistant or Secretary, to join their small but busy team.
They are a boutique firm specialising in the Employment space, who boast a highly collaborative working environment and a welcoming, close-knit team.
The position:
Your role will be working in support of several partners and authors within the firm, who you will be assisting in collaboration with one other Legal Secretary.
Exceptional communication skills and 3-4 years previous experience in legal or professional services are a must, as you will be expected to hit the ground running in this busy office.
All standard secretarial duties will apply, including but not limited to:
Managing diaries and files
Assisting with client enquiries
Preparation of court documents
Document preparation, word processing and drafting correspondence
General administrative tasks as required

You will ideally be a confident, proactive individual who uses their initiative and has a flexible working style. It is important that you are also a team player and have the resilience to cope with pressure, deadlines and difficult situations when they arise.
Your strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills will be complimented by your technical capabilities and fast typing skills.
