Your responsibilities will include file management, scheduling and coordination, client communication, and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of matters.There is also flexibility to specialise in either Property Law or Trusts & Estates, depending on your experience and interests:Property Law:You'll be involved in:Supporting the conveyancing processPreparing and processing legal documents for property transactionsManaging client communicationsLiaising with banks, solicitors, and other stakeholdersHandling e-dealings, settlements, and Landonline transactionsGeneral administrative supportTrusts & Estates:You'll assist with:Drafting legal documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, and trust deedsPreparing probate and letters of administration applicationsSupporting broader estate planning and administration mattersAbout You:To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:At least 2 years' experience as a legal secretary in a law firm (more is preferred)Solid experience in either property law or trusts & estatesA proactive, detail-oriented approachA friendly, team-focused attitudeApply:For a confidential chat, contact Simone Lusby on 021 171 9600 or email ******.
