About the role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary or Personal Assistant to join our Corporate team Monday - Wednesday and then work across the wider firm on Thursday and Friday.
Working closely with a team of Solicitors, Partners and friendly and supportive Legal Secretaries, this role ensures the smooth running of the team, and is responsible for the full range of legal secretarial services including administrative activity, diary management, file management and billing.
About you
This is a great opportunity for an experianced Legal Secretary, or Personal Assistant who's looking for a change, to become part of a high performing team.
You'll be an efficient and proactive team player, with impressive typing speed and accuracy, an innate ability to prioritise and communicate effectively and a positive and professional attitude. This is a dynamic and highly skilled team in which reliability and responsiveness are highly valued traits.
