Legal Research And Marketing | Part Time (Self-Employed Contractor)

A fantastic opportunity for a budding lawyer! This employer is looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Law student living in or near Rangiora to help out the team with the growing workload that has increased due to client demand. You need to be nearby so you can come into the office at the drop of a hat if need be! If you have your own transport and are willing to travel to Rangiora for work on-call, you are also welcome to apply.
To be considered, you will be someone who follows instructions, is honest, intelligent, and an all-rounder. You must be in your 2nd or 3rd year of law studies to be considered. You also must be able to commit to this role for at least two full years.
Tasks will vary day to day.Tasks include: supporting legal practice client liaison administration support legal research organising files website and data work sorting out accounts and other tasks if needed.
Pay rate will be $18-$25 per hour, dependent on your skills and performance. There is approximately eight hours of work each week. The days and hours worked are negotiable with the employer and may potentially increase.Please note: As this is a self-employed contractor role where you will be responsible for paying your own income tax therefore those on student visas will not be ineligible to apply.
