We are a client focussed busy general practice in Auckland’s Eastern Suburbs with a particular strength in property transactions.
We are looking to recruit a receptionist/trust account assistant with excellent organisational skills, a positive attitude and great attention to detail. We are seeking someone who is keen to learn, has a sound knowledge of MS Word and outstanding English skills - both spoken and written. As our clients' first point of contact, presentation is important. Experience with Action Step and ASB Bank Fastnet is an advantage. Competitive Remuneration will be offered.
Duties include:
Answering telephone calls and attending to clients as the first point of contact;
Assisting our trust accountant (using Action Step and ASB Bank Fastnet) including receipting, posting and setting up payments (full training will be given);
General office administration.
