Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) Fixed-Term position (3 years) Au Mahi | What You Will Do We have an exciting opportunity for a Pukenga | Lecturer (Teaching and Administration) / Online Programme Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of UC's Engineering and Technology Management Programmes via the Tuihono UC | UC Online platform. You will facilitate effective course delivery, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to contribute and build an effective online community. UC Engineering and Technology Management programmes develop engaged, professional managers who add value by applying their integrated technical and business knowledge. You will have expertise in engineering management or technology management or a Masters in Engineering, informed by recent developments in research / scholarship / creative work, as well as: a Masters in Engineering, along with relevant industry or teaching experience a PhD in a relevant field, would be an advantage demonstrated understanding of, and experience in, delivering effective teaching methods that enable a wide range of learners to succeed evidence of reflective learning and continuous professional development a willingness to learn about bicultural and multicultural issues in Aotearoa New Zealand society, including a commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi | The Treaty of Waitangi, and display a willingness to engage professionally with equity and diversity.
