The School of Medical Sciences is one of the University's biggest research and academic units. Through our departments, disciplines and research centres, we foster excellence in teaching and research throughout our various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Our goal is to advance medical science research to improve human health.

The School of Medical Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to join our collaborative team to provide high-quality education to our students.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development, organisation and delivery of teaching within Nutritional Science and Biomedical Science and related subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, using a variety of innovative pedagogical approaches and supervise research students towards Honours, Masters and Doctoral degrees.

In addition, the candidate will have a PhD be highly motivated in teaching and learning and can undertake original research, and secure external funding in the following research fields: Applied and/or basic nutrition and metabolic health and immuno-metabolism and nutrition.
